Fiscal Policy and Budget Management Reforms for Growth
The first PEMNA Phase III event was the Joint CoP Meeting held in Singapore from November 18 to 19, 2026. Participants gathered for a joint session that featured presentations reflecting on Phase II and outlining the transition to Phase III. After the joint session, each CoP moved into its individual meeting and continued with productive discussions.
Around 30 participants joined the B-CoP meeting, which focused on Fiscal Policy and Budget Management Reforms for Growth. Over the two-day program, participants explored (1) Fiscal Stances in the Current Global and Regional Context, (2) Recent PFM Reforms and Budget Management Practices, and (3) Medium-Term Fiscal Frameworks for High Growth.
